Connectivity services, for connectivity in and outside the data centre, are available with various levels of protection and redundancy. Colocation services are offered in areas with incremental value, in terms of power per square metre. Reliability of powered equipment, segregation and physical protection are guaranteed, with dedicated and supervised access, space and platform management services. A number of value-added services are also available through the proximity network, which allows the introduction of regionalisation and zoning concepts typical of modern Hyperscale Data Centres, that are capable of enabling Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery services to meet specific needs.

The infrastructure in Noovle Data Centres enables the provision of advanced network services to customers.
Customers with MPLS access already activated can access their servers hosted in Data Centres via a shared MPLS network.
Network services, such as load balancing, allow the traffic load to be distributed over several servers. Server protection services are also offered through firewalls in both customer-dedicated and shared environments. Lastly, customers are given the option of advanced monitoring of their network traffic by making available a dedicated NPB (Network Packet Broker) port.
Client-to-LAN VPN services, complete with IPSEC or SSL certificates issued by certification authorities, and LAN-to-LAN services, allow customers to access servers in data centres from their own network.
A single virtual data centre has been implemented by means of the high-speed ring connecting all the Noovle data centres, which significantly reduces latency time.

Backup/Restore: a service that guarantees the automatic protection of data on servers to disks or tape libraries contained in highly secure sites.
Data recovery is guaranteed in the event of loss due to hardware failure or software malfunction, allowing for reconstruction as of a particular date. Customised profiles of up to 6 months retention can be offered to meet specific needs.
Storage: Servers hosted in Noovle Data Centres can take advantage of additional disk space that can be made available via SAN (Storage Area Network) or NAS (Network Attached Storage).
The data in storage is stored with a RAID 5 level of redundancy, which guarantees availability even in the event of a disk failure, allowing maintenance with replacement of the broken disk (hot swap) without interruption of service.
Safe rooms: for the most important customer data, copies can be made that are updated with customisable scheduling, and stored in safe rooms that protect against extreme events such as crashes, floods, fires, dust or gas leaks, and terrorist attacks.
